I made a recruit form for the guild I am in.
The form displays correctly on the screen, but when I hit the submit button it takes me to a page that says "Sorry, this Module isn't active!"

I have checked in the admin section to make sure the module I made is active, plus the Form itself which displays fine and the post function on in the same page of code.


What am I doing wrong..

This is a HTM copy of the php code...
