Issues with new forum posts

I'm having some issues with my PHP Nuke installation and the forums module.

The forums are setup, they appears just fine. You can register, login, start a new post with no problems.

When you're done typing the post and hit Submit the entire forums will disappear and will leave nothing in it's place (just the background color).

If you refresh the page the forums will reappear, but the post that we just made is gone. It's not saving any of the posts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. icon_cry.gif
