open pop-up window
in the window only avatar manager panel

i don't saw anywhere this mod
i think it isn't

well you go to the avatar signature panel select the download then insert the newsletter.

type your name and date and dont forget where you placed the archive.

Once you have done that open it in a text editor and you will see the avatar

dont forget to activate the mod in the admin panel
