The right side blocks disappeared on the homepage or the index.php of the website. The site is [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

How can I fix this? I'm assuming it is within the index.php file somewhere? Much help is appreciated. Also, is there any way to clean up junk modules and files within the site and within the Admin panel?

One last thing, some of the Admin button and titles show as _"Title". When clicking on that button, the content within also starts with _"Content" on each line. Anyway of fixing this?

Update: I've noticed that the right side blocks appear on only a few pages. Here are the differences.

Without blocks: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

With blocks: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

Any ideas?!

In your theme.php find:
if ($index == 1) {

and change to:
if (defined('INDEX_FILE')) {

Ok, well I re-installed 7.6 patched that I downloaded from CZ and that fixed my missing right side blocks problem.
