Hi,
I was just accepted into google adsense and am trying to get these ads on my site. I was able to locate the steps to put the google adsense code in the modules, but having a hard time putting an ad on the main page. Some pages like this one, [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] , explain how to do it with the blocks, but everytime i do what it says, it doesn't work. The block just shows my google adsense code. Could someone help walk me through the way of creating a block and adding my google adsense code to my frontpage?

NOTE: Its known to chop off the first character of the code on some lines. For instance.

If you just compare it to your original these minor errors are not hard to fix.

Well I already have the code I need

When I click blocks in my Admin CP and scroll down to Add a New block, I copy and paste that code into the "Conent" section. When I just paste the code in the content section normally, the block just displays the code itself. When I go into Edit HTML source and paste the code in, it just displays:
"; $content .= " "; ?>

Any other ideas?

P.S. For some reason I can't post my code. I tried disabling HTML in this post...
