I updated to PHPNuke 7.9 and when i unput a code like
<img src="http://www.something.com/image.jpg">
image doesn't display.
Img tags get cleared automatically.
another example:
<a href="http://www.somesite.com"><img src="http://somesite.com/image.png" alt="image" border="0"></a>
<a href="">
code gets posted. img tags get lost.

It worked before the update. is there a way to fix this without restoring my backups?

haha good luck, from what I understand, in config.php you have to add img=>'2' to the allowableHTML or something, I tried it but it didnt work for me. I finally got to the point where I deleted the entire text validation functions from mainfile

Also if your making a block, it should work fine if you make a file rather than using the wysiwyg
