If you don't find it you can do it in phpmyadmin quite easily.

I'm looking for the same thing, PMing all users would help me inform them about some latest site updates (don't wanna use newsletter for this particular case, could be considered spamming and ending up in their junkbox at best).

I did some search, someone was developing such mod @ bbtonukemods which is unavailable right now. Anybody know anything, where we can get it or if something like this can be developed for admins?

Errrm... the idea was partially mine first!! Oh yeah your overall time combined (minus the 30 minute break) was 2 hours and 30 mins roughly.
