Sounds like they have your IP or a sction of your IP in there IP tables. More then likely unless they are the Host of the machine they wont be able to remove it.

well its not just me thats effected its alot of people the only way they can seem to navigate through the site is to refreash the page anywhere from 10 to 40 times or through a proxy 500 internal server error. thats the error message thats comes up in IE firefox does not contain an error message on the page.wish i could tell you more and give you more info as i dont have access to the scripts ect also when the pages do come up its only the forum page that seems to get messed up as i know that is on a different server but sometimes the home page goes down too, also the smiley icon and codes in the forums tend not to work sometimes.
