need some photoshop advice on this banner

im wanting the orc image to stand out brighter and the overall effect to be more glosy looking like glass sheen to it. also looking for a better text thats more flashy i seen something before if i can find ill post it back

even if you just tell me what to look for in goole for photoshop ill try it myself
