a friend is having problems with her msn, when I send her links, it opens in the same browser window as the page she's viewing, instead of opening in a new one.

she's using windows live messenger and IE6.
is there anything in IE or MSN that can be done to force links to open in new windows?

I know in Y! there is a setting under options to open all links in new window. Did you check the preferences or options for that setting?

yeah, I already checked through the setup options, which leads me to think it's something to do with IE
