admin cannot log in

I have an admin of my site that cannot log in to the admin tools. I have changed her password and she still cannot log in as an admin. Can you give me some help on this, please?

You used the edit admin tool and changed her password and now she cant log in? Or she never could log in? Sometimes the cookie settings on your computer if there set to high will not allow you to login it cant keep the cookie make sure her settings are set to allow for cookies to be saved.

she has never been allowed to log in....yes i used the edit admin tool and changed her password which did not help

Try setting up anoither account for her. The admin name and the account name should be differant too. They are not the same thing andytime you have an admin they will need two names one to admin and one for user.

that's interesting, myself and my other admins have the same name as user and admin........why would she be any different?

Thats got nothing to do with the host that is something that php nuke does so that if you are ever hacked they cant take over the site fully. WHat i mean by differant user name is that you need two accounts. One for admin and one for user.

she does have 1 for user and 1 for admin................the name is the same for each..............she can log in as user but not as admin..........i have tried creating a new account which does not work either.............


I still think there should be away for me to remove a 'god' account, if you would private im me i will explain to you why.
