Welcome to CZ apple22. To change this go into > Modules > Donate > language > lang-english.php. Find this code:
define("_DONTOPWELCOME","Find our service's and script's useful? Make a small donation to show your support.");
and change the portion between the quotation marks from the default Find our service's and script's useful? Make a small donation to show your support. to what you want.
