I think the word you're looking for is PLEASE. And where in your first post did you ask for Flash?

I don't mean to be ugly here, but the time spent making logos, banners, signatures, etc. is given freely. That doesn't mean it's yours to waste. Please be considerate and specify what you'd like made so the person making it doesn't have to redo their work when it's not what you wanted in the first place.
