Can i post here also?

I too am looking for a new host or server. My site prolly has the same Forum addons as this one. Maybe almost the same amount of d/ls but not as much blocks/ content on home page. But it seems to me that this is moving way faster than mine. What are you guys running for this site? Or any idea how I can maybe speed up my site? It lags real bad all around. I deleted alot of stuff but still the same outcome. I know myu theme is a lil heavy but its getting ridicolous and im losing active members cause of it. Someone help or someone please direct me to a really good host with NUKE
