CZTotal_Hit - Is this really the counter you use?

I did some searching on the boards and a post from 2003 said you guys used the CZTotal_Hit hit counter.

I loaded it up on my site and the major difference I see is that when I refresh the page, the hit counter increments, and yours doesn't. I like yours because it seems like its "cookie" based or something. I get 4 hits on my page just by doing some stuff in the admin panel. So my counter is worthless.


- How can I get my hit counter to be a "cookie" type based counter so it doesn't count every single page I go to and increment when I refresh?

- How can I get the total google hits as well?

- Are you running another counter besides the CZTotal_Hit, and what is it and where can I get it.

All of the blocks are cached so you dont see the real information for about 15 minutes. There cached with Cache-Lite.
