Please realize that the graphics team are here on a volunteer basis. They are busy with other things as well and when they have the time they will get to your request. If you feel you need an image done ASAP, then I suggest you either do it yourself or try to have some patience.

I hope I have made myself clear enough on the valuable time these people give to requesters like yourself.
