I'm altering Telli's StratGEN Theme and replacing his pictures with mine...ect

The problem i'm having is the background color...I cant figure out how to change it from something else other than grey

Also how do I change the color of the scroll bar?

Edit: Also I need to know how to change the color of dropdown boxes and text input areas.
