Hi there, I have just finished installing your version of nuke and everything went well until I tryed to register as a normal user. I've read all the other posts and tryed some of the fixes they have used but none of them seem to work. I've even renamed my cookie but still no luck, I keep getting this error..

Registration Error!

ERROR: Invalid Nickname

We run a clan site so our usernames all have =JTF-2= in front of them, would this be whats causing the problem? I never had any problems like this with other versions of nuke but I geuss it could happen!

Also I haven't added anything to the site yet, all i've done is created the SA and then tryed to create a normal user. Anyone had this problem? How do I go about fixing this?

Hiya, welcome to codezwiz icon_smile.gif I know when I had a clan while using PHPNuke we had [Brackets] for our clan tag. I ( and the clan members)ended up just registering without the brackets, and then going into the admin control panel and edit each members name and then stick the bracket on the names...There may be another way like perhaps going into php MyAdmin also. hope this works.

Yeah I undersatnd what your saying, I had to do that befor as well, but I just had php-nuke 6.9 befor this and it worked fine? I guess it's not all that bad doing it that way, but i'm sure there must be a simple fix to this because i've seen other php-nuke clan sites that have no problem accepting clan tags. Anyways thanks for responding so quickly!
