No error messages. No changes no nothing. Its like its not there. I had another site admin install the staff page and he got nothing either.

I have no user groups added and I have no idea what points are and how to use them. Is there any documentation on the points and user groups?

the points mod might have some documentation from phpbb.com...not sure tho

also did you try and go to add the link in your theme? or try to go to modules.php?name=Forums&file=staff of your site?

says such file does not exist. I know I installed what ever was zipped up...I get no ranks page either. Is there a module I may be missing?
I rechecked my install on ranks...its all good. It seems as though I missing something that goes along with this rank mod and the staff mod. I have the scrolling forums block..It has the button for forums and search. I expected to see ranks and staff. Do I have to edit the scrolling forums block?

try and re-upload everything again, then point your browser to the file. if the file is there, then add a link in the theme you are currently using

I tried browsing to the file through IE...Says file does not exist. I can go to my ftp and re-upload the file, then try to browse it again and same thing. My pal is having the same issue with staff also. He can't get either to work himself. We have tried almost everything. Its like something is missing.

Make sure you copy the file to every theme

copy ranks.php to modules/Forums/ranks.php
copy copyrightranks.php to modules/Forums/copyrightranks.php
copy ranks_body.tpl to themes/YOUR_THEMES/forums/ranks_body.tpl

And that is it, it should work the file would be called like this

modules.php?name=Forums&file=staff
modules.php?name=Forums&file=ranks

If it doesnt work then there should be an error.

Ahhhhh..Okay so I can add the correct link in my address bar and it comes up, but wheres the actuall link?
How do I add the ranks to the Scrolling recent post block?
