2. What will your banner/logo say? IF Times
3. What height and width do you need the image to be? Don't know.
4. What size the image has to be in file format? Don't know.
5. What other graphics will need to be included? Nope.
6. Will the banner/logo be a regular image or Animation? Nope.
7. If an animation, what will the image be doing? ex. jumping, rolling, etc. Nope.
8. If Animation will it be Flash (.swf) or an Animated image (.gif)? Nope.

My point is....... You're asking for a banner, but from looking at your site, seems to me that you're wanting a logo to go on top? You give no size dimensions, or any information that tells me where you want this image to go on your site.

Here you go.

Along with your logo, you will need to put the background image attached on your page so that it looks like your logo expands the full width.

The code would be something like this:

<td background="path-to-your-image/iftimes_bg.gif" align="center"><img src="path-to-your-image/iftimes.gif" width="500" height="93" alt="" border="0"></td>


Also, I notice on your site that your current logo is a .bmp file. You need to save the files above as .gif files. Just right click the Download link and choose "Save Target As" and it will let you save it as a .gif.
