Hey everyone!
This is a great site, kudos to telli and everyone else that works so hard to make it that way.

I was looking for some help developing my own theme ( waits for the grumbling to die down)

I have a pretty good understanding of how it works but i'm having trouble with a few small areas. If you know of any good resources for theme help? or maybe give me a pointer or two on the following areas i would greatly appreciate it.

My biggest problem right now is the "Messages" area
my blocks work great, header and footer too.
Story's work fine as well.

I'm not sure where to format the "Messages" area. Is it the header.php?

any help is much appreciated
I can load the theme to my page if it helps, ive been editing it on my own foxserv till it works a little better.

The message area is opened by the opentable(); function found in the themes/YOUR_THEME/tables.php.
