Why is it when I try to insert some scripts into page it automatically takes me to my home page and it does not take? I tried to put the "ripple script" into a content page to test it and it sent me to home page with no change .

Erm all i can think of (with my great vast brain of javascript knowledge icon_biggrin.gif ) is that you have got the scripts in the wrong places, say u put it in the body section not the head and visa versa.

If you post the script you're trying to get to work, and if possible, a link to the page it's not working on, we'd have a better chance of helping you.

To be able to post the code into a message here, separate the word script with spaces, like this < s c r i p t >.

Sorry I should have done this in the first place.

I tried to add script to a "content" page
This is the instuctions I followed
(I of course uploaded the Jscript file to the root)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To use the ripplescript.js simply add the following to the head of your document:

<S C R I P T TYPE= "text/javascript" LANGUAGE="javascript" SRC="ripplescript.js"></s c r ip t>

And then add this tag to the image that you want the ripple affect on:

<img id="reflect" src="http://YOUR_IMAGE_HERE.gif">

Enjoy :-)

If you are trying to use this in PHPNUKE you will have to add the script in manually through the databse or you will have to remove all the added protection that blocks workds like this. You can see here [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] by manually adding them you can add anything you want.
