it wont be found in your admin panel under forums.....it is in admin panel under user groups.....that's where you set up the number of points needed for every attempt at a post, reply, or whatever event u set it for.

yeah i went to add a new user group and it would not add one, is this a error in 7.0 or is it just me?

hmmmm...make sure you have cleaned your cached...temp files...cookies, etc. then try it again
