ive got 3 gradient circles that move around on flash and i tried to make them all end up in their same starting point at the end of the movie, but when it loops there is like a small pause.

Ok, use the inspector to make sure that the x/y positions are the same at frame one as they are at the final frame. Also the sizes need to be the same at both beginning and end points.

does flash mx have this inspector thingy u are saying? im new to it i dont know my way around it quite that well yet. ;P thank you for the help

Yep, all flavours of Flash do. It shows you the x and y co-ordinates of the object as well as the horizontal and vertical sizes. Just click on frame one of the layer and you'll see it in properties as I recall, I've not re-installed MX yet so I'm trying to do this from memory..
