Is there a way to force a theme on all users?
Then make it so users cannot change it?

I'm probably missing something obvious..

ermmmmmm remove all the other ones and make the force theme the default one. thats is the only way that i now how. prolly an even better way out there somewhere but mine is pretty easy.
