1. What colors do you want used? Gray Black White
2. What will your av/sig say? PHP Nukerz and it the left corner put site owner
3. What height and width do you need the image to be? none
4. What size the image has to be in file format? none
5. What other graphics will need to be included? just flash
6. Will the av/sig be a regular image or Animation? flash
7. If an animation, what will the image be doing? ex. jumping, rolling, etc rolling
8. If Animation will it be Flash (.swf) or an Animated image (.gif)? flash

I know its none of my business, yet graphics are made by the CodezWiz staff "free of charge" and not even a link for CZ in your "Links" block. CZ was one of the first ones I added and proud to have it there on my page. No that doesnt mean that since I have done it, that you should also. Yet giving some sort of a kind guesture such as a link back to the site is a very small price to pay. Just my thoughts..

As mentioned earlier, please go elsewhere for your sig request. We do not welcome people who come here, request a sig and then turn around and call it as their own. That is pure and simple plagerism and it will not be tolerated in these forums.
