Hello again!
Here are two things I am trying to do:
1. I want to edit the header that comes with the normal installation theme. I want to change that banner, the buttons below it, and then add a rotating banner below the buttons. What file should I be trying to edit?

2. I have forums on the site already powered by PHPBB before I even knew about PHPNuke. I want to be able to move all of those old posts and users to be able to work with PHPNuke. Should I just not mess with the coding and instead just start over...?

Try [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] there is a script that will transfer your users somewhere in there forums. As far as the header you would need to edit the themes/YOUR_THEME/thme.php and themes/YOUR_THEME/header.html
