how do you get the log in and out for poeple and admins in 1 block and where could you get this at or what it call

Bill honestly you dont want the login viewable to everyone It just invites bad people to try and login as you. Use a if is_admin and only make it viewable to the admin. For instance you could add this in the user block

if (is_admin($admin)) {
$content .= "< href='admin.php'>Login to Admin</a>\n";
}
