This topic has been discussed several times here. Flash MX will convert Flash to .gif, but, while it is possible to do it, it is not advisable. The reason is when you convert from Flash to .gif the filesize becomes huge and the quality becomes very poor.

I did a search on Google and couldn't come up with more than 1 or 2 programs that claim to be able to convert Flash to .gifs. I found lots that convert the other way.
