how long does it take for an up loaded picture to appear in the members gallery???

i uploaded one this morning and its not up yet?

hi all!
i just found out why no one cud find my pic after i uploaded it.
as my boyfriend is admin on this site and the pic was of me and him staffie decided to cancell it so it cant be put on.
i think the photo i uploaded should be put up cos it is a nice foto of me and him but he's havin none of it! lol
