Upon investigation of your database i found the nuke_session table to be damaged

Error

SQL-query : 

SHOW KEYS FROM `nuke_session`

MySQL said:


#1016 - Can't open file: 'nuke_session.MYI'. (errno: 145)


So I dropped the table then added a fresh table back seems to be working now.
