I have two PHPNuke Sites. One live, one for testing. The testing one has two blocks that came by default, Administration and Waiting Content. The other board does not have either. When I activate the administration block nothing shows up.

I have the CZ User login block activated. If I deactivate it and activate the default one the administration block shows up but only has a logout option and no waiting content block.

I looked in the blocks folder in both sites and saw no blocks named administration or waiting content.

Any ideas?
