it was great but I was hoping you could do another one for me

I have recently started posting at a game clan sites forums and would like an animated avatar in GIF format

I was going to attempt this one until you asked for animated gif, ill make flash stuff and static gifs, but animated gifs...

Staff, what progs do use to make animated gifs? Microsoft Gif Creator is kinda useless and requires everys signle frame.

Cant flash export as a gif ????? I would do it but I dont have a copy of flash

Yep, you sure can convert Flash to animated .gif. And, although this question has been asked many, many times on this forum, the answer is always the same.

Converting a flash movie to an animated gif produces a file with an inferior result. The filesize is bloated to the max and the quality ends up being crap. It's been tried and tested. I've yet to see an animated .gif produced first in Flash and then converted that comes out looking anything near as good as if it were created as an animated gif in the first place.

The two most common scenarios for creating animated gifs are PSP/Animation Shop or Photoshop/Image Ready.
