When i click on it to look at the stats its not keep track of the Browsers or the Operating Systems...nethier of the two have any numbers in them

Double check your editing. If you need to replace the index with a new one and try again. Also make sure there working woth a fresh one before installing the added lines.

I checked it and all line are added that needs to be,still isnt working right!

Ok so remove the stats for the Google counter from the modules/Statistics/index.php and just use the block if it doesnt want to work on your site.

after looking at it again its the CZTotal_Hit Block not working right:(

Ok not sure why a block would cause that problem. Try replacing the block with a standard Nuke counter block and see if it works.
