Ive had enough of my present host,to much down time to slow yadda yadda yadda.

How do i go about moving the site from one serevr to the other?

Ive uploaded the files,changed yadda in config.php,its the sql thats giving me grief how do i move the database?

Back it up then rebuild it on your new host.

Ive tried that but it wont work,all i get in phpmyadmin when i try to load it is "page cannot be displayed"

You may have to put it back in sections. Like maybe 10-15 tables at a time.

i had that problem, it was all the private message and forum posts in the database, so i reset and cleared all of them, and done about 6 at a time, my old server never used to do that, used to do it in like 5 secs but now im on a more advanced host with more users
