I wasn't sure exactly where to post this, so I figured here was as good a place as any.

This deals with Backing up sites with the appliance administrator on a dedicated server. I completed a backup, and left the directory for the ftp blank. (DOH!)

So where did the backup file go? I have searched high and low, but to no avial. I thought it would be in the root directory of the dedicated server, but there is nothing there.

I know it worked, I was sent an email that said the backup was successful. LOL This is most annoying!!!!!

Can anyone lend a helping hand?

check with your server host, some servers have their own backup files that is totally separate form the main server files.

Ok, I checked with them, and for a whopping $15.00 they will tell me. eusa_snooty.gif I hate support.
