A friends site is messed up with the links in the admin menu not working. The links are not showing "admin.php?" just ".php?" and any new modules are not being added. This is 7.6 patched from this site. I overwrote all the files in admin,modules,includes and root, but still the links are not showing correctly. Help requested with this issue. Thanks!!

figured it out. he was running 7.5, upgraded him to 7.6 icon_redface.gif
