Couldn't update private forum permissions

I was trying to change someones permissions on the forums and i get this now. no clue to what it means.

hi all, i ran the fixgroup fix and it fixed the creation of moderators now but my problem is it is not updated in the profile of the newly promoted member in the viewtopic or the new moderators profile is not updated when viewing his posts.

where do you think is the cause of this? thanks.

the error is when i promoted a member to moderator in forum admin it went smoothly it is even updated in the czuserinfo block by putting the image "staff" beside the name of the user when hes logged on the problem is when you view at his posts his moderator status is not yet visible it still shows his past rank. any ideas to a fix?

Hello

Ok, I know your problem, go into forum admin panel, scroll down to the bottom on the left hand side, and click management. Type in the username of the name you want to make a moderator, and click look up user. Scroll down to the bottom again, to rank title, and change it to moderator and not user. Hope this helps!
