Is there a way where the admin can control what images get accepted in the admin module. I'm trying to prevent people from uploading porn.

I seen that block somewhere alse also and if I am thinking correctly, it is run by using a photo gallery of some type. It allows you to vote if a specified pic is "hot or not".
