Actual User Status Offline

Whan a user try to logg in on my php-nuke 7.2 site they get the message Actual User Status Offline and cant logg in.

This problem is only in IE and not in Opera. I have tryed to log in on serveral computers and whit differet users, but still get the same problem.

Its no problem to log in as admin.

I have NSN your acount 7.2 installed and also Protector_1.15b2.

Can anyone help me please?
