I was wondering.. Is it hard to make a flash site? And if so.. will i need a different host?

Most hosts support Flash now, unlike a few years ago when Flash was a new technology. I can't forsee that you would need to change hosts. You might want to check with them just to make sure.

As for actually creating the site, the best thing I can recommend is to do a Google for Flash tutorials, or visit some sites like Flashkit.com. There are tons and tons of tutorials out there for creating Flash sites.
