I made the mistake of changing a user's login name while he was still logged in. Now, I see the user's old user name and new user name whenever he logs in. I then tried to delete the user's account and recreate it, but I'm still seeing the old user name and new user name when he's logged on. Any idea where to look to fix this? Thanks.

did you try to login to phmyadmin and delete one of them from nuke_users table

I checked the users table, and there's only one user name showing...However, right now I can see the guy on my site, and he has both names showing as users that are logged in. I don't have any idea where this could be pulling his other user name from. It's definitely not in the users table anymore.

Something else I noticed....If I log is as a normal user, I only see the person's account as it should be, but if I'm logged in as admin, I see both the new and old user name. It also says there is one hidden user, which I suspect is the old user name. I need to figure out the hidden user part...

well u can find his stats ( info) via your admin panel/forums/management( user admin menu) you can see there if he hides his online status or not .May be it helps ya make set it online if he use hide my online status and then look from nuke_users and delete him .y thats just an advice sorry if not works
