those are addons. you have to add all of them individually. some are available in add ons in the downloads section on this site.
You can also try nukecops.com

This is my view of it. haven't seen a package which gives you all the additional stuff. Hope that helped.

The stuff you find on this site is proven but, when u get stuff else-where well, use you own judgement lol. It's always a good idea to have the backup.

Just to reaffirm what Recoil said, it's always a good idea to make a back up before you alter any file. That way if you make a mistake or need to restore to an earlier point, you will have the original file.
