isn't "Total Holdings" part of the bank.php, i don't see a bank.php in the cash mod you attached.
the cash.php you attached is exactly the same as mine, so i doubt it has any problems

bank.php was originally coded to user_points, so if yours is different, as you can have multiple currencies with the cash mod, i would suggest creating the user_points field.
