I have done a google search for a module that would integrate Gallery, however none exists. So I have taken it upon myself to create the first one. I am so so with PHP and have messed a little with MySQL. I have been looking at the PHP in the nuke and trying to decipher it. See how it works and where it goes. I was curious if anyone know of some great tutorials or the best way to go about creating a nuke module.

My main concern is to allow my users to only login once. This seems quite possible by just modifying WSNGallery to check for name and password off of the nuke db. However I noticed that the password is encrypted. So how would one get around that?

Also to note that this gallery is on a separate server. One of my hosts believe that the GD package has security holes... even though it comes with PHP 4.3.0. That doesn't matter what does is making this as user friendly. Another idea (which can come later) is to integrate the comment system with the forum posts. It would be nice to count those as well.

Just some ideas I am throwing out. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Gallery automatically ports itself to phpnuke. Just install it in the modules folder and follow the install directions. I have three galleries installed on a site I am building now. You can see it here:
