Hi all,

I hope someone can help I want to put a helpdesk for Live support on my site, but i have only found one of these by surfing! I would like to customise the layout of this as well (the look) so that it combines with my theme on there. If anyone could point me on the right track or even help create one I would be most gratefull. I have seen in my cpanels that I have a chatroom part that I can install. Would this be advisable route to go or Is making live support alot better way to go.

I use a help desk from crosswalkcentral.com and it works well. Go for the advanced version instead of the freebie if you don't want to fix it up yourself. If you don't see it listed on their site, ask them about it, I believe they still sell the module.

I have the free version of the help desk module in .zip format if you need it. I had to do some modification in order for it to work the way I wanted (user to search through knowledgebase before they could submit a help desk ticket). The user is sent an email automatically when the ticket is updated with a link. There is no password protection though so you would not want to use it for some things unless you restricted the module to members only.
