On my phpnuke forum I have a member that floods the forums for like ten min of posts then leaves. He is sort of a moron so this discourges others to post. What I am looking for is a hack that will require x amount of time to pass before one can post again. Also that x characters have to be typed. And that one cannot post after oneself.

Know of any hacks that can accomplish this?

In the ACP of the forums you can specify the amount of time needed between posts.

Why don't you just ban the user?

Thanks I didn't realize it was in there.... The reason I cannot ban them is because he is a personal friend of some of our members as well as me. And if I ban him it will put a rift in our friendship as well as some of the other admins... :/
