Hey,

I was wondering..when you make a GIF, how do you get those white lines that sorta move across it like an old movie or something? Any help is appreciated

There's a filter on PS that does this, i can't remeber what it was exactly but it was under the Pixelate Category i think.

As a kind of scrappy version just open up the picture in PS/PSP/Paint/Whatever you use and just click the line tool and draw a load of white lines.
