I think that people like scott peterson should move immediately into appeals and it shouldn't take years to move through said appeals. If the verdict gets over-turned then set him free. However, if the verdict isn't over-turned then we should spend $.35 on a bullet instead of the thousands it takes to house, feed and guard him.
