Is there a Scrolling Marquee out there? I want to add a block top center that has scrolling text like a marquee. Something I can change the text without redoing the code of the block.

Any info would be appreciated.

I've seen themes (flash themes) that have a marquee that you can manage within the site rather than mess with the code. I believe mtechnik.com has some.
